About Us
Acadian Cajuns a low-cost girls fastpitch softball organization in the Acadiana area. Our philosophy is that any girl should be afforded the opportunity to grow and succeed in the game of softball, regardless of financial worries. Acadiana Cajuns believes in a team environment as well as a fun environment. As most organizations are about the "win" Acadiana Cajuns is about the player and her level of fun. Like other teams the "W" is nice, but with the right combination of coaching, fun, and commitment, Acadiana Cajuns knows those "wins" will come. What Would You Like to Know?
What kind of training do the coaches have?
Our coaches are volunteers with a great knowledge and love of the sport. Some have played college level and HS level. Others have coached for many seasons. Our coaches are dedicated to the growth of the player on the field and off the field.
How many players are on the team roster?
We try to keep each team roster to 13Â players.
How much do the games cost?
Our initial start up is $300.00. Each tournament is based on the entry/gate fee. The cost of each tournament is divided by the number of players in attendance. This allows for parents to schedule other activities if needed. This also allows for low cost upfront team fees.
